West Valley Skatepark is a free public, outdoor concrete skatepark located at 3189 S 5600 W, West Valley City, UT 84128 within Centennial Park. Designed and built by American Ramp Company in 2016, this massive 31,150-square-foot facility stands as the largest public skatepark in Utah, serving as a legendary destination for skateboarding in West Valley City. The facility operates daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., features overhead sports lighting for night sessions, and welcomes skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes, and inline skates. The expansive park is celebrated for its incredible balance of deep transition round-wall and comprehensive street terrain. The layout is anchored by five swimming-pool-style bowl pockets with thick steel coping, an integrated multi-depth snake run, and a signature standalone concrete "doorway" vertical wall-ride arch. The street plaza is packed with technical features, including a variety of down-ledges, handrails, flat bars, manual pads, funboxes, five-stair sets, and wide bank ramps. Positioned within the broader Centennial Park complex, riders enjoy direct access to an adjacent asphalt pump track, the Centennial Bike Park, shaded pavilions, public restrooms, and extensive parking lots.
