Skatedex Generator: procedural skateparks that actually skate

Type what you want, get a park. Every layout is built the way concrete parks are: transition wrapped around the perimeter as quarter and bank walls with corner pockets, a bowl complex and a snake run on flow parks, a raised street plaza with stairs, hubba and handrail off it, and ledges, manual pads, curbs, flat bars and rails spread over open flat with the run-ups and landings they need, proportioned from the parks in the Skatedex directory and checked by a line solver before you ever see it. Save it and it gets a page in the community gallery that anyone can remix.

Prompt sets parameters, never geometry

Your description is mapped onto five parameters only: size, bowl-to-street mix, difficulty, ledge line length and flow. The generator turns those into a layout, so whatever anyone types, the result stays inside the validated space. Then you tweak the sliders and regenerate.

Validated by a line solver

After placement the solver models the speed a skater carries out of each obstacle, the loss to rolling friction over every run-up, the energy gained pumping transition and the speed a grind burns, then searches the layout for lines. A park scores on long valid lines and loses points for dead ends where a rider runs out of speed. Layouts that fail are regenerated automatically.

Saved as seed, parameters, version

A saved park is not stored as geometry. It is a seed, five numbers and a generator version, and old versions stay frozen, so a park always renders exactly as its author made it. Each park page carries text written from its own layout, its lineage, and links to the real parks whose footprints resemble it.
