Genoveva Chavez Skatepark is a popular skateboarding destination located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The park was designed by Site Design Group, a company known for creating innovative skateparks. It was named after Genoveva Chavez, a community leader who helped to establish a youth center in the area. The skatepark features a variety of terrain, including a large flow bowl with pool coping, a street plaza area with ledges, rails, and stairs, and a beginner's section with smaller features. The bowl has multiple depths, ranging from 4 to 10 feet, and features a waterfall, love seat, and spine. The street plaza area includes a variety of obstacles, such as hubbas, manual pads, and a flat bar. The park also features a unique double-sided quarterpipe, which can be used to transfer between the bowl and street sections.
