The facility is located within Stearns Park and follows standard public park access guidelines. The skatepark features a smoothly finished poured concrete layout centered around a large subterranean flow bowl complex. This central transition section includes varying depths, sharp vertical pockets, and durable steel coping designed for long carving lines and high-speed grinds. The flat concrete deck around the bowl's perimeter takes a minimalist approach, with low-profile concrete grind ledges and bank-to-quarter-pipe transitions along the boundary walls. Located inside the 27-acre Stearns Park complex, visitors also have access to paved parking lots, a sandy beach, picnic areas, miniature golf, and public restrooms.
