Designed and constructed by Spohn Ranch in 2018, this 14,000-square-foot facility serves as a premier action sports destination for skateboarding in Bay County. The park is unstaffed, open daily from dawn to dusk, and features a municipal sports lighting system for evening sessions. Its riverfront setting gives riders scenic views of the Saginaw River, with nearby seating areas, shaded benches, and public parking available for visitors. The facility features a high-end, all-concrete design that blends flow-based transition terrain with a technical street plaza.
