True to the DIY tradition, it was poured and is maintained by local skaters rather than a parks department, and it has become a word-of-mouth fixture for Seminole County's street-skating crowd. The terrain is concrete and street-focused - homemade obstacles built up over time by the people who ride them. As with most DIY spots, the layout evolves: features get added, patched, and rebuilt between sessions, so what you find on any given visit may differ from the last. Riders of all wheels roll through, but the spot's DNA is skateboarding. There's no admission, no posted hours, and no amenities - no restrooms, lights, or formal parking - so come self-sufficient, bring water for the Florida heat, and ride at your own risk. DIY etiquette applies: respect the spot, pack out your trash, and pitch in if you can, since ongoing concrete work is funded and done by the community. The surrounding area is industrial, with the conveniences of downtown Sanford's shops and restaurants a short drive north.
