Lake David Skatepark is a free public, outdoor skatepark inside Lake David Park at 450 S Lake Ave in Groveland, Florida, just south of downtown on the shore of Lake David in Lake County. The setup is built from prefab metal ramps, giving it a durable, no-frills feel that holds up well in the Central Florida heat. The park is open to skateboarders, BMX riders, scooters and inline skaters, and the city's own facility listing notes it is equipped for skateboards, BMX and razor scooters. It's an unsupervised, ride-at-your-own-risk spot, so it works well for a quick session any time the park is open. The layout mixes street and transition riding. Quarter pipes anchor the flow on the transition side, while kickers and a pyramid set up gaps and airs in the middle. Street skaters get ledges, down rails and a stairset to work through, making it a solid all-around practice park for beginners and intermediates alike. Lake David Park itself is one of Groveland's signature green spaces, with a playground, splash pad, basketball and volleyball courts, shaded pavilions and two boat ramps onto Lake David.
