About Alloa Skate Park
Alloa Skate Park, also known as Tower Skatepark, is a free, outdoor concrete park next to the Bowmar Centre in Alloa, Clackmannanshire. It's run by Clackmannanshire Council as an open public facility. The park was developed with input from local skaters and bikers through the area's youth forum. Built by skatepark specialists Bendcrete, it officially opened in June 2016. Spanning around 600 square metres, it pairs a bowl with a large street area. That gives transition and street riders their own terrain to session. The street section holds banks, ledges, rails, a funbox, and manual pads for grinds, slides, and technical lines. A red-topped bowl and quarter add carving and flow. Floodlights let sessions run into the evening, with bike racks and parking alongside. It sits on a former grassed pitch beside the Bowmar Community Centre and Park Primary School.
