XPark by Etisalat is a popular outdoor skatepark located at Kite Beach in Umm Suqeim, one of Dubai's most iconic beachfront areas. Opened in 2016, the park features a professionally designed concrete layout right on the beach, offering skaters a unique session experience with views of the Arabian Gulf and the Burj Al Arab.
