About Hua Mak Skatepark
Hua Mak Skatepark is a government-funded facility built by the Sports Authority of Thailand within the Hua Mak Sports Complex next to Rajamangala Stadium, serving as the national training ground for Thailand's skateboard, roller skating, and BMX teams. The large covered park features a professional-sized layout with a big half-pipe, full-sized street features, boxes, quarter pipes, funboxes, manual pads, handrails, flat rails, ledges, banks, stair sets, and big ramps on smooth concrete. While sheltered from rain by its roof structure, the park has no air conditioning and relies on large fans for ventilation. Free and open to the public despite being a national training facility, Hua Mak has hosted several national competitions and attracts a strong community of intermediate to advanced skaters. Originally built around 2010, the park received an upgrade in 2024 to maintain its status as one of Bangkok's premier skating venues.
