About Skatepark Lachen
Skatepark Lachen is a concrete park in this Lake Zürich town on the upper lake shore. Built in 2016, the park features a bowl, ledges, and quarter pipes near the lakefront. Lachen is a market town at the head of the upper Lake Zürich with views across to the Glarus Alps. The Alpamare water park was once a major attraction here. The Obersee (upper lake) has a more intimate feel than the main lake, with smaller towns and less development. After skating you can swim in the lake or take the bus up to the Etzel pass for hiking.
