About Brežice Skatepark
Brežice's skatepark serves this Posavje town at the confluence of the Sava and Krka rivers, known for its Renaissance castle housing the Posavje Museum with a remarkable Knights' Hall featuring ceiling frescoes. The concrete park features ledges, banks, quarter pipes, manual pads, and flat bars. The nearby Terme Čatež thermal spa is one of Slovenia's largest, and the surrounding Bizeljsko wine region produces sparkling wine aged in repnice - earth-carved storage chambers unique to this area. The park draws riders from the Posavje region. The food is southeastern Slovenian - potica, matevž bean-potato mash, and wines from the sunny Bizeljsko hills.
