About East Coast Park Xtreme Skatepark
East Coast Park Xtreme Skatepark is a 1.4-hectare facility built to international competition standards, making it one of the premier skateparks in Southeast Asia. Opened in 2009 as a joint project by NParks, the National Youth Council, and MCYS at a cost of 7.6 million Singapore dollars, the park is divided into three main areas: a street course with rails, ledges, and obstacles, a combo bowl for intermediate to advanced riders, and a massive 3.6-metre deep vertical bowl with a 90-degree drop - the deepest vert bowl in Singapore. Located within East Coast Park's Energy Zone behind Car Park F, the park is free to use and open from 7:30am to 10pm Monday through Saturday, with 24-hour access on Sundays. The expansive concrete terrain caters to skateboarders, BMX riders, and inline skaters across all skill levels, with the sheer scale of the park ensuring there is always space to session without crowding.
