About Saltykovskaya Skate
Moscow's Saltykovskaya skatepark serves the eastern Novokosino area, a residential district near the Moscow Ring Road marking the transition to the Oblast. The concrete park features ledges, banks, quarter pipes, manual pads, and flat bars. The area takes its name from the Saltykov family estate that once occupied these lands. The Novokosino metro station, one of Moscow's newer additions, has improved connectivity for this peripheral district. The park draws riders from eastern Moscow's residential zones. The food is neighborhood Moscow at its most authentic - family-run cafรฉs, Uzbek and Tatar eateries, and the affordable dining that serves the commuter population.
