About Khodynskoye Pole
Moscow's Khodynskoye Pole skatepark occupies part of the former Khodynka Field, historically an airfield and site of the tragic 1896 coronation stampede. The modern concrete park features bowls, ledges, rails, quarter pipes, banks, and a large street section upgraded in recent years. The surrounding area has been transformed into a massive urban development with parks and residential towers. The park draws riders from across Moscow's northwest. The metro makes it easily accessible. Moscow's skate scene is one of the largest in Eastern Europe, and this park is a key hub. The food options range from Georgian khachapuri to Uzbek plov in the nearby dining spots.
