About Adler Skatepark
Adler's skatepark sits in the southern district of Greater Sochi, near the Black Sea beaches where subtropical climate meets the Caucasus mountains. The concrete park features ledges, banks, quarter pipes, manual pads, and flat bars. Adler was the hub of the 2014 Winter Olympics coastal cluster, with the Olympic Park, Fisht Stadium, and ice arenas transforming this former resort village. The mild winter climate makes year-round outdoor skating possible - one of the few places in Russia where this is feasible. The park draws riders from the Sochi resort area. The food is Black Sea resort cuisine - fresh fish, Abkhazian ajika, khachapuri, and tropical fruits grown in the local microclimate.
