Hyrum Skatepark (officially known as Blacksmith Fork Skateboard Park) is a free public, outdoor concrete skatepark located at 1494 Hyrum Blvd, Hyrum, UT 84319 (alternatively mapped at approximately 1300 E 200 S or 1494 E 300 S) within Blacksmith Fork Park. Designed and engineered by the renowned team at Hunger Skateparks and completed in late 2022, this massive 30,000-square-foot park stands as one of the largest and most architecturally creative riding destinations in Northern Utah. The unstaffed complex operates daily from dawn to dusk (with scheduled night lighting over the park terrain), welcoming skateboards, scooters, inline skates, and BMX bikes. The park is celebrated for its incredible, interconnected layout that merges unique art-sculpture design with high-speed performance features. The transition zone is anchored by a massive elite "amoeba" pool bowl with pocket depths of 4, 6, and 8.5 feet, finished with authentic pool coping and a custom blue-and-black mosaic tile band. Parallel to it sits a "Frankenstein" flow track that mixes a roller pump track with jump lines, straight walls, and a 3.5-foot mini-ramp. The street and plaza sections are packed with heavy-hitting terrain, including stacked hubba ledges, a kinked down-rail, flat bars, an A-frame ledge, a central "Directive" volcano feature, a Barcelona-inspired curved manual pad, and actual rideable dense granite boulder structures. Positioned inside Blacksmith Fork Park, riders have immediate access to overhead sports lights, on-site restrooms, multiple playgrounds, walking trails, and expansive parking infrastructure.
