About Valldal Skatepark
Valldal Skatepark is on Grandegata in Valldal, a village in Fjord municipality surrounded by some of Norway's most dramatic scenery - the Trollstigen mountain road with its eleven hairpin bends is just over the mountains. The park has ledges, flat bars, banks, and a quarterpipe. Valldal sits at the head of the Norddalsfjord and is famous for its strawberry growing - the local strawberries are considered among Norway's best. The village is also a gateway to the Geirangerfjord via the Ørnevegen Eagle Road. There are a few tourist-oriented restaurants and shops, and the mountain scenery in every direction is breathtaking.
