About Tromsø Skatepark
Tromsø Skatepark is located at Templarheimen in the 'Gateway to the Arctic,' a vibrant university city surrounded by mountains and fjords at 69 degrees north. The park features ledges, flat bars, banks, a quarterpipe, and a kicker on smooth concrete. Tromsø punches well above its weight culturally - it has more pubs per capita than any Norwegian city, a thriving music scene, and the iconic Arctic Cathedral visible from across the sound. The midnight sun runs from late May to late July, and the Northern Lights illuminate winter skies. There are excellent restaurants serving Arctic cuisine including reindeer, king crab, and whale. Sessions here are truly at the edge of the world.
