About Stranda Skatepark
Stranda Skatepark is on Grandegata in Stranda, at the mouth of the famous Storfjord which leads to the Geirangerfjord UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park has ledges, flat bars, banks, and a quarterpipe. Stranda is the gateway to some of Norway's most spectacular fjord scenery - the cruise ships heading to Geiranger pass right by. The town is also known for Stranda Ski Resort with its extreme freeride terrain, and the surrounding Sunnmøre Alps offer world-class ski touring. There are restaurants and shops in the small center, and the views up the fjord are breathtaking.
