About Jondal Skatepark
Jondal Skatepark is on Jondalsvegen in Jondal, a small village on the Hardangerfjord in Ullensvang municipality. The park has ledges, flat bars, banks, and a quarterpipe. Jondal sits beneath the Folgefonna glacier - mainland Norway's third-largest - and the Folgefonna Summer Ski Centre operates on the glacier's plateau. The Hardanger region is famous for its fruit orchards (apple and cherry blossoms in May are spectacular), traditional hardingfele (Hardanger fiddle) music, and dramatic fjord scenery.
