About Hamar Skatepark
Hamar Skatepark is located along Aslak Bolts gate near the sports facilities in this charming Mjøsa lakeside city famous for the Viking ship-shaped Olympic arena from 1994. The park has a good street section with granite ledges, flat bars, and a smooth manual pad, plus a quarterpipe along one edge for transition work. Summer evenings here are long and golden, with the midnight sun keeping the sky bright well past ten o'clock. There are several restaurants and cafés along the main street, and the Hamar Olympic Hall is worth a visit for the architecture alone.
