About Galterud Skatepark
Galterud Skatepark is on Galterudveien in this small Innlandet community in Nes municipality along the Glomma River. The park has ledges, flat bars, banks, and a quarterpipe. Galterud is a quiet riverside village in the Romerike-Solør border area, with forest and farmland surrounding the settlement. The Glomma River - Norway's longest - passes nearby, and the forested landscape is typical of inland eastern Norway. Very limited services in the immediate area, but Årnes town center is accessible. It's a genuinely rural park serving a small community.
