About Eidsvoll Skatepark
Eidsvoll Skatepark is on Vilbergveien in a town of enormous historical significance - this is where the Norwegian Constitution was signed on May 17, 1814, at the Eidsvoll Manor. The park has ledges, flat bars, banks, and a quarterpipe. The Eidsvoll 1814 museum at Eidsvollsbygningen is Norway's most important democratic heritage site and worth visiting. The town sits at the southern end of Lake Mjøsa where the Vorma River flows out, and the surrounding countryside is green and pastoral. There are basic shops and eateries in the center, and the train connects to Oslo in about 40 minutes.
