About Dysjaland Skatepark
Dysjaland Skatepark is on Tjeltavegen in the Dysjaland/Tjelta area south of Stavanger on the Jæren coast. The park has ledges, flat bars, banks, and a quarterpipe. This coastal Jæren area is famous for its long sandy beaches - Solastranden and Borestranden nearby are among Norway's best surf and beach spots. The flat landscape and North Sea exposure create a windswept, dramatic coastal environment. The Sola municipality area has the Stavanger Airport nearby, and there are small shops at the local center. After skating, the beach is literally minutes away for surfing or swimming.
