About Shah Alam Extreme Park
Shah Alam Extreme Park is the first concrete flow park and first multi-directional bike park introduced to Southeast Asia, designed by ex-pro skater Tim Altic in collaboration with Stretchmarks Asia. Opened in 2007 and developed by Worldwide Holdings Berhad for Shah Alam City Hall, the park has been the default skatepark for Klang Valley riders since the early 2000s. The concrete park features a great balance of street, transition, and vert terrain with stair steps, banks, hips, bowls and pools of varying shapes and sizes with coping, funboxes, rails, handrails, flat bars, curbs, curve ledges, manual boxes, a rainbow rail, crests, hills, multiple half-pipes, and drops, along with flat pavements for beginners. The broader complex includes a BMX race course with North Shore elements, a 525-square-metre rock climbing wall, a concrete boulder park, paintball arena, futsal courts, fitness park, children's playground, and food options. Shower facilities and toilets are available on-site.
