About Jungle Skatepark Likas
Jungle Skatepark Likas is a 2,000-square-metre concrete skatepark within the Likas Sports Complex in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, earning its name from the lush tropical landscape that surrounds it. Phase 1 features a 2.5-meter deep vert bowl with a 4.5-meter full cradle, a 1.5-meter mini spine bowl, a 1-meter beginner bowl, and a huge street and flow area with double sets, gaps, ledges, rails, quarter pipes, and a pyramid. Open 24 hours and located about 20 minutes from Kota Kinabalu's city center, the park is the premier skateboarding destination in East Malaysia, hosting numerous skate gatherings, barbecue sessions, and competitions for both skateboarders and BMX riders. The Jungle serves as a vibrant community hub for Sabah's action sports scene, bringing together riders in a uniquely tropical setting.
