About Snoubar Skatepark
Snoubar Skatepark is located in Horsh Beirut (Beirut Pine Forest), the city's largest public park, in the Tariq el-Jdide neighborhood near Ouzai Street. Opened in 2021, this outdoor concrete skatepark emerged during a period of incredible resilience for Beirut, built in the aftermath of the devastating 2020 port explosion and amid economic crisis. The park features a smooth concrete surface with bowls, quarter pipes, ledges, banks, and flat bars. Situated within the historic pine forest that serves as Beirut's green lung, Snoubar has become a vital community space where Lebanese skaters find creative expression and connection during challenging times.
