About Al-Nour Skatepark
Al-Nour Skatepark is located in the Qweismeh District of East Amman, bringing skateboarding facilities to one of the city's more underserved eastern neighborhoods. Opened in 2021, this outdoor skatepark was developed as part of efforts to expand youth recreational spaces beyond Amman's wealthier western districts. The park features smooth concrete construction with street-oriented obstacles including ledges, banks, flat bars, and quarter pipes. By establishing a skatepark in East Amman, the project extends the community-building mission started by the original 7Hills park, providing young people in Qweismeh with a dedicated space for creative expression and physical activity.
