About 7Hills Skatepark
7Hills Skatepark is the pioneering skatepark that launched Jordan's skateboarding movement, located in Al-Nour Park on Prince Mohammad Street in downtown Amman. Founded in 2014 by the 7Hills Skatepark Initiative, it was the first purpose-built skatepark in the country and has since become a symbol of youth empowerment in the region. The outdoor concrete park features bowls, quarter pipes, ledges, banks, and flat bars designed with input from international skatepark builders. Named after Amman's famous seven hills, the park has gained worldwide recognition through documentaries and media coverage, serving as a model for using skateboarding as a tool for community development across the Middle East.
