Frosinone's 2018 skatepark in the Parco Matusa serves this Lazio hill-town capital of the Ciociaria - the traditional region south of Rome. The concrete park features ledges, banks, manual pads, quarter pipes, and flat bars. Frosinone sits on a hilltop with views across the Ciociaria valleys, and the region's traditional culture - including the distinctive ciocie (leather sandals) - adds folk character.
