Ferrara's 2021 skatepark sits in the Parco Coletta in this UNESCO World Heritage city - one of the finest examples of Renaissance urban planning in Europe. The concrete park features modern design with ledges, banks, manual pads, quarter pipes, and flat bars. Ferrara's Castello Estense, the moated fortress that dominates the city center, and the Palazzo dei Diamanti with its unique diamond-faceted facade are architectural marvels. The city is famously flat and bicycle-friendly - more people cycle here per capita than almost anywhere in Italy. The park draws riders from across Ferrara province.
