About Skerries Skatepark
In the charming coastal town of Skerries - one of north Dublin's most picturesque communities - this skatepark serves a town famous for its windmills and fishing harbour. The park features a mini ramp, quarter pipes, ledges, a flat rail, and a gap. Skerries has two working windmills and a beautiful harbour where the fishing fleet still operates, giving it more character than most Dublin suburbs. The town has been voted Ireland's tidiest town and has excellent beaches, traditional pubs, and a growing restaurant scene. The Fingal coastal walk connects Skerries to Rush and other north Dublin coastal towns. Local riders enjoy the seaside atmosphere, and the park is well-used year-round despite the coastal weather. The seafood from the local fleet is exceptionally fresh.
