On the Blackwater River in north Cork, Fermoy's skatepark brings recreation to this historic military and market town. The park features a mini ramp, quarter pipes, ledges, a flat rail, and a manual pad. Fermoy was a major British garrison town, and the military architecture still defines parts of the townscape.
