About Ilioupoli Skatepark
Ilioupoli Skatepark is located on Sofokli Venizelou street in Ilioupoli, a residential suburb in southern Athens. Built in 2015, it's a straightforward outdoor concrete park with a good selection of street features - ledges of varying heights, flat bars, a couple of banks, and some quarterpipes at the ends. The layout is open and there's enough space to get a good push going between features. It's a neighborhood park through and through, mostly used by local kids and teens from the surrounding blocks. There's a playground and sports courts nearby, so there's usually families around too. The concrete is decent quality and the park stays relatively clean. Not a destination park by any means, but for the Ilioupoli area it's a solid place to get a session in without having to travel across Athens.
