Haapsalu's skatepark serves this elegant Baltic spa town whose therapeutic mud baths drew Russian tsars and Tchaikovsky - the composer wrote part of his Sixth Symphony here, and a bench on the promenade plays his music. The concrete park features ledges, banks, quarter pipes, manual pads, and flat bars.
