About Skate Park Hidrobaza
Skate Park Hidrobaza is located in the ล tinjan beach area on the northern outskirts of Pula. Built in 2021, it sits right by the coast near the entrance to the Brijuni National Park islands, where Tito's former presidential retreat was located. The park has a nice set of features - ledges, flat bars, banks, a bowl section, and some flow elements. The beachside location is the main draw - you're literally skating meters from the Adriatic, and the sunsets over the Brijuni Islands visible from here are spectacular. The Hidrobaza area (named after the old naval hydroplane base) has been redeveloped as a recreation zone with swimming areas and walking paths. After a session, jumping into the crystal-clear sea is the standard cooldown routine. The concrete is new and smooth, and the features are well-designed for the space.
