Sault Ste. Marie Skatepark is a free public, outdoor concrete skatepark located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. The park has an older street-focused design built into a long, gently sloping concrete footprint, using the natural change in elevation to connect different sections of terrain. Surrounded by open grass and mature trees, it has the feel of a well-established local park, with years of graffiti and wear giving the concrete plenty of character. The layout combines banks, quarter pipes, ledges, rails, hips, manual pads, and raised platforms across several different levels. A large tiered ledge and bank complex dominates the center, offering multiple heights for grinds and slides, while flat and down rails run through the more open sections. Banks and hips help redirect lines across the park, and quarter pipes at the ends provide places to generate speed and turn back toward the street obstacles. The elevation changes make the park especially good for flowing downhill lines, while the mix of smaller ledges and larger features gives both newer and more experienced riders something to work with. The park is heavily skated and has a raw local feel, with graffiti covering many of the ledges, banks, and transition walls. Open concrete between obstacles leaves enough room for flatground tricks and long approaches without making the layout feel empty. Sault Ste.
