Factory Phnom Penh is a sprawling creative campus on a former 3.4-hectare garment factory that serves as the outdoor counterpart to the Skateistan indoor facility housed within the same complex. The campus grounds feature open concrete and paved areas with smooth surfaces ideal for street-style skateboarding, complementing the dedicated indoor park. The creative hub is covered in graffiti and street art, housing art galleries, a craft brewery, a cinema, a trampoline park, and a coworking space alongside the skating areas. Factory Phnom Penh has become the epicenter of Cambodia's competitive skateboarding scene, hosting the Cambodia Rookie Fest as part of the World Rookie Tour for street skateboarding, co-organized with the Cambodian Skateboard Federation. The outdoor terrain offers a raw, street-skating environment where riders can session ledges, stairs, and smooth open ground in a vibrant artistic setting that captures the energy of Phnom Penh's growing creative and skating communities.
