About Skatepark Lier
Skatepark Lier is a concrete park in this charming Nete river town known as the 'Little Bruges' of Antwerp province. Built in 2018, the park features a bowl, ledges, rails, and quarter pipes. Lier has a beautiful beguinage (UNESCO), the Zimmertoren astronomical clock tower, and winding streets along the Nete river. Felix Timmermans, the beloved Flemish author, was born here. After skating you can visit the beguinage or the Zimmertoren with its remarkable clock face showing multiple astronomical cycles.
