Skatepark St. Veit an der Glan is a concrete park in the former capital of Carinthia. Built in 2012, the park features a bowl, ledges, and quarter pipes. St. Veit was Carinthia's capital until 1518 and retains a magnificent main square with the Plague Column and townhouses. The Herzogsburg ducal castle hosted the Carinthian dukes. The Glan river flows through this historic valley town. After skating you can explore the former capital's well-preserved Renaissance center.
