About Skatepark Sölden
Skatepark Sölden is a concrete park in the Ötztal resort that hosts the World Cup ski season opener. Built in 2017, the park features a bowl, ledges, and quarter pipes. Sölden is one of Austria's premier ski resorts, with the Rettenbach and Tiefenbach glaciers providing year-round skiing. The 007 Elements James Bond installation in the ice is a unique attraction. The Ötztal valley leads up to the glaciers where Ötzi the Iceman was found. Skating in glacier resort altitude is an experience.
