About Skatepark Freistadt
Skatepark Freistadt is a concrete park in this perfectly preserved medieval walled town in the Mühlviertel. Built in 2014, the park features a bowl, ledges, and quarter pipes. Freistadt has one of the best-preserved medieval town centers in Austria, completely surrounded by its original walls and towers. The town brewery produces excellent beer. The Mühlviertel granite landscape stretches north toward the Czech border. After skating you can walk the medieval walls or sample the local Freistädter Bier in the town brewery.
